ACTION TAKEN BY THE COMPANY/ANY OF THE FOREGOING PARTIES DURING,

OR TAKEN AS A CONSEQUENCE OF, INVESTIGATIONS BY EITHER THE

COMPANY/SUCH PARTIES OR LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES.

However, we cannot/do not undertake to review all material before it is posted on the Website

and cannot ensure prompt removal of objectionable material after it has been posted.

Accordingly, we assume no liability for any action or inaction regarding transmissions,

TPOP (TPOP). Legendary World operates under TPOP’s Terms and conditions of use

and sale of goods, on their product handling and print on demand services platform.

page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges

specified during the ordering process. Shipping and handling charges are reimbursement

for the costs incurred in the processing, handling, packing, shipping, and delivery of your

order.

(b) Title and risk of loss pass to you upon completion of purchase order.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not

liable for any delays in shipments.

5. Returns and Refunds. WE OFFER NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON ANY

PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE FOR ANY REASON.
